21 Months!!

Oh my, in just 3 short months, my baby is going to be 2.  Holy cow how time has flown by.  Today she is 21 months and wow what a change we have see in the last month. 

• Shes talking up a storm now.  Seems like shes learning at least 1 new word every week if not more. 
• She's also starting to indicate that we need to get ready for potty training (yahoo!!). 
• She still loves her books and puzzles, but has incorporated dvd's into the mix as well.  She is learning how to put a dvd in, but still needs help to make it play.  
• She has discovered elmo and elmo things are starting to appear at our house. 
• She loves music and bubbles.  Bathtime just got way more fun with the addition of bubble bath. 
• She is allowing me to do different things with her hair and will sometimes even request a bow. 
• She finally hit a growth spurt and has gone from 18 months to 2T in clothes and 6 to 7 in shoes, which is keeping both grandma's and I busy shopping. 
• She loves her "b" (binky) and her "ni ni" (blanket). 
• She would rather be outside than inside any day of the week. 
• She would love to ride in her wagon or on her tricycle all day. 
• Shes adjusted very well to her new school and looks forward to going in the mornings.
• She loves arts and crafts (I think she comes by that naturally...haha).
• She loves to help cook and demands to be the taster when we bake goodies.
• She is still not a fan of the car seat or stroller and would rather be held or walking.
• She loves to drink out of big people cups and use straws.
• She loves ice.
• Shes a great sleeper.

Everyday she developes her own little personality a little more and becomes an independent little girl!  She is not longer a baby, but is growing into a little kid!
