Baton Rouge

Last Saturday while racing we had some time to go into Baton Rouge and do some sightseeing.  I have never been to Baton Rouge, to see LSU or the Capitol.  Downtown is actually very nice.  Katelyn was in the car napping so we didnt get out except to take some pictures.  After checking out downtown, we headed to the LSU campus.  It was just our luck that the campus was packed due to some type of spring football scrimmage.  Needless to say, we couldnt get very close to Tiger Stadium, but it was cool to see it.  We did get an up close view of some of the football players when they ran across the street in front of the car.  On the way back, we passed the original Raisin' Canes...yummy chicken fingers!  We also came across an obnoxious LSU Limo.  Those Tiger fans are crazy!
